I ordered 2pair of the same shoes. One pair came within a few days. I wondered why both pairs didn’t come together. I called the 800 number and spoke to a woman who kept apologizing for the situation, but could not answer my question, nor could she tell me what happened to the second pair of shoes. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was not available at the time I called. I was told that a supervisor would call me back within 24-48 hours. I never received a call from anyone at Shoemall. Mean while there is no email correspondence about either par of shoes. The second pair of shoes arrived a few days later. I never received any phone call, or any emails regarding this order.

The East Street Lua women's sandal was a huge disappointment because the holes in the shoes are not cut all the way through. In other words, I cannot put the prong through any of the holes! So I will have to return them, which is a pain! Really sloppy workmanship, Shoe Mall!

I ordered a WW width and the shoe did not come that width, they could have e-mailed me with that fact and told me it was not available. I never even tried the shoes, just realized they would not fit. This experiment was very expensive.

I'd never heard of shoe mall but when I was looking for something with the right things I needed, this finally showed up. You know, not everyone can wear blended fabrics and really do need strictly cotton garments.. the first attempt I made to order didn't actually go through for some reason but the second time I did the order it did... Trying to track it was difficult as the facility used is not very easy to follow, but when I received my order, it was well worth the wait in the end.
