K found just the right shoes for the school color I was looking to represent in my new position and found them. In checking out, I was looking for the discount for joining the mailing list - the message told me to check my email - but did not mention the code might land in my promotions tab in Gmail. I spent a good bit of time resubmitting and trying again, when I called the 800 number the clerk did not offer that I should check Spam/Promotions tabs etc. I almost clicked off the site in frustration, but went back to my email once again and found it. Once I found it, I could justify buying two pair of shoes I don't realllly need...that extra $10 off did the trick...
