Overall, I had a great experience purchasing from Sarraf. The ordering process was smooth, shipping was fast, and the ring arrived exactly as described. The quality and craftsmanship look excellent, and I'm very happy with the appearance and comfort of the ring. The only thing that surprised me was how quickly the high-polished 14K white gold finish developed fine surface scratches after normal wear. I understand this is a characteristic of polished gold, but as a first-time buyer I wasn't expecting it. It would be helpful if this were explained more clearly in the product description so customers know what to expect. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Sarraf for their quality and customer service.

I was a bit frustrated that I received the wrong item. I did contact Sarraf via email and was sent a return label. The item is due to arrive there on Monday July 20th. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, I was advised that the company would send the correct diamond cut bezel.

The quality of the necklace is great. The quality of the charm is great, the quality of the bracelet was great except I don't think it really was 4mm wide because it's the same width as the chain and the chain was 3.5mm wide. I don't think the chain is really 3.5mm either. Not really happy about the width not being as advertised. Especially when the total cost was over $3,500 kind of disappointed, but like I said the quality is good, just wish the widths were really what they say they were.

First ring was not sized correctly.. Called customer service and found out that they were on vacation for the holiday.. used email to them and got a response in a resemble time.. info was sent about returning and was unclear about them setting up a replacement or need to reorder.. resolved, placed new order but had to contact CS do to deliver date.. Website could use some pop, but worked out. Should have a male or female section clearly, then move to the split outs of gold and type of jewelry. Pictures could use models to see sizing, used AI to ask questions on the sizing. Would be interesting to see the responses now vs when the item is received.

Jewelry is not something I purchase often. I did some searching online, looked at reviews, and studied how different online merchants presented both their products and themselves. Sarraf seemed very straightforward about their products, and was the only one I found that gave the weight of their products. They were asking slightly more for what seemed like a comparable purchase, but since the other merchants didn't give the weight, I chose Sarraf.
