I was recommended their jewelry by my father and their prices were unbeatable. Seeing as I purchased an engagement ring, I was very anxious about the minimal updates of the status of the order during fulfillment, but these were unfounded worries. I called customer support multiple times, and each time they were courteous and assured me my order would be delivered well within the time frame discussed. I found the style of 14K gold bracelet I wanted at what I thought was a good price (and I had shopped diligently as well). I ordered online through Sarraf. A day later I decided I wanted a larger version and was worried it was going to be difficult to change. I contacted via email and message and was immediately contacted as soon as they opened the next day and was easily directed to reorder the item I wanted and the original order was cancelled. I received the desired item 2 days later. Easy peasy!
