I found the style of 14K gold bracelet I wanted at what I thought was a good price (and I had shopped diligently as well). I ordered online through Sarraf. A day later I decided I wanted a larger version and was worried it was going to be difficult to change. I contacted via email and message and was immediately contacted as soon as they opened the next day and was easily directed to reorder the item I wanted and the original order was cancelled. I received the desired item 2 days later. Easy peasy!

I was disappointed that there wasn't an adjustable option for the cable chain I purchased. I'm hopeful my wife likes as is. I was made aware that Sarraf can add a jump ring for me; however, then it's not returnable. This is my first time buying a necklace for her, so it would be too risky to have it altered.
