The ordering process was easy and I received my item in reasonable time. However, the price was not competitive as I found the same equipment at a lesser price of about 15% cheaper. But since I bought this as a gift for my wife who is in the medical profession I intend to give it to her. I am hoping the quality of the product meets my wife’s approval.

I ordered a Littman Cardiology IV and paid EXTRA for Satin black tubing. However, I did not receive satin black tubing on my stethoscope. I received matte black tubing. I reached out to customer support and did NOT get any help with my purchase. They just said, “nope you received satin black based off the label on the box”. Which is incorrect as the label on the box doesn’t match what I purchased. Your company likely put the wrong stethoscope in the box. I would like a full refund.
