I was really excited when I saw that my previous color of stethoscope was available and that there were a bunch of different options for personalizing it. I was so excited to receive it and that it was a fast turn around time, because my old one is broken. Then my order showed up in the wrong color and instead of instantly being sent replacement tubing, I had to send the entire item back, then wait for it to get processed, and then wait for the correct item to be shipped (hoping that it is the correct color and that all of my personalizations are still included when it gets sent back). It is just a much longer process to get my item than anticipated and I really need my new stethoscope. But the customer service person was prompt with their response and getting me the return label. I’m just very nervous that there is going to be something wrong with my item again when it gets sent back to me.
