The overall experience on the computer side was fine. You have some issues where your software doesn't register auto-filled information. For example, after using my computer's autofill function to fill in my billing/shipping info, your payment system threw an error saying that the first and last names hadn't been filled in. I also had some gateway errors when trying to purchase on my mobile device

I ordered a stethoscope on the website, which did not say it was out of stock or anything. I also paid extra for 2-day shipping. A day later, I get an email saying, 1 - it’s out of stock and it could be a few days until they get more, and 2, that I need to send them a picture of my driver’s license. I responded to the email and asked if I could get a different color, and if that would ship faster. A few minutes later, someone responds and says they have my color in stock. Ok weird. So I upload a picture of my license and leave it be. The stethoscope shipped the next day and arrived a day or two after that.

I have no complaints. I bought my first stethoscope from Redding back a few years ago and I just bought another as a gift for a friend. I have a hard time trusting vendors to sell authentic Littmann stethoscopes. I trust Redding because they were referred directly from 3M's website. It's a joy to be able to give people the gift of a Littmann. The prices are good as well which is always helpful.

My inly concern when package was received is that the shipping box had visible tape on the sides but it was opened. I was skeptical of even having my stethoscope knowing how expensive this can be. Ordered the white lab coat as part of the school requirement however the quality was far below what I expected. The embroidery, spelling, location of emblem were correct but the coat is so see through you can see the embroidery patch and the folded seam layer. The sleeves are way too long and will have to be tailored. Overall, not at all what I was expecting to arrive for almost 80 dollars.

Checkout was difficult, as every time I clicked "place order" it told me one of three things; no phone number, no first and last name filled out, or payment type not accepted. I payed with discover which you allegedly accept, and I had already filled out all of my information so I wasn't missing anything. This error came up at least 5 times as I tried to place my order. I finally just had to exit the checkout, refresh, and use google pay, which worked.
