It's not about the website. It's about the product. I have to buy these expensive scrubs from you all and my last pair frayed and strings were coming out of them after 3 washes during my spring semester. I had to buy more of the same product becuase they look too bad.

My experience purchasing through the website was great, just like any other shopping website. I especially liked how they provide different shipping options. One thing that could be improved upon is the website layout so that it isn't so much to look at. Organize it a bit more.

I ordered a Littman Cardiology IV and paid EXTRA for Satin black tubing. However, I did not receive satin black tubing on my stethoscope. I received matte black tubing. I reached out to customer support and did NOT get any help with my purchase. They just said, “nope you received satin black based off the label on the box”. Which is incorrect as the label on the box doesn’t match what I purchased. Your company likely put the wrong stethoscope in the box. I would like a full refund.

The overall experience on the computer side was fine. You have some issues where your software doesn't register auto-filled information. For example, after using my computer's autofill function to fill in my billing/shipping info, your payment system threw an error saying that the first and last names hadn't been filled in. I also had some gateway errors when trying to purchase on my mobile device

There were issues where I had to constantly refresh/close the tab because I was receiving error code messages that didn't align with the information I put down. I had my email, name, number, and address filled out but the system stated that I didn't.

Great selection of ophthalmoscope accessories. Really glad to be able to replace only the broken parts. Problem with stethoscope watch-it doesn’t work!
