checkout was tricky because I had all information entered but the pay now button was greyed out. I had to exit the site and re-enter to be able to finish. Otherwise the site was easy to navigate

The website always loads super slow. After putting in all my payment information, it still wouldn't accept it so I had to use Apple Pay instead.

The discount code I tried to use for engravings did not work on the checkout screen, so I had to go back and try to apply it in the "See my Cart" screen, at which point it worked.

I had trouble checking out for about a week, It wasn't funds.. I was getting an error saying try a different payment method gateway rejected i tried multiple cards and still the same error i contacted my back and all and said there were no issues or declined transactions.. so I was getting frustrated with the site but I kept trying and eventually got it

Customer service reached out to me to let me know that they did not have the product on hand, but could order it. They let me know that it would take a few days longer. I was thankful for the communication and proceeded with my order and it actually arrived sooner than I thought it would. It is the only place I’ve seen that will place a name on the tubing of the stethoscope, and it’s much more visible. Second product I’ve ordered from them, and the process is seamless.

the email you provided to get help with logging in does not exist: hello@example.com. I thought it looked like a strange email address, but instead of figuring out how to get help, i just used my husbands email, since I exhausted both of my emails by trying to create an account.
