Before I ordered online I spoke to a wonderful young lady who helped me decide on the best Littmann stethoscope for my daughter. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. She even offered to hold an item (a popular stethoscope case) for me (there was only one in stock) while I made my final decision and placed my order online. I had trouble checking out for about a week, It wasn't funds.. I was getting an error saying try a different payment method gateway rejected i tried multiple cards and still the same error i contacted my back and all and said there were no issues or declined transactions.. so I was getting frustrated with the site but I kept trying and eventually got it
