I did a lot of research to find a reliable and well-recommended Air Purifyer for my small Apartment. Owning a cat that sheds a' plenty, and circuates a lot of dander, I realized the small table top units I have were just not doing the trick. I found a reliable Youtube Podcastor who recommended RabbitAir, and I valued her endorsement. Believe me, I couldn't be more pleased with my SPA-550A unit. It performs as advertised and sooo quiet. I stronly encourage anyone looking for an air filtration unit to check out Rabbit Air. They offer several models to choose from. Easy to order on-line, well packaged and quick reliable delivery.

My biggest issue is the cost - It's getting too expensive to purchase the replacement filter for the A3. I have a parrot who produces a lot of dander, but this might be the last filter I get for this air purifier. I'll be looking at other options with more affordable filters.

I generally have a high impression of Rabbit Air...I like your customer service phone number, your website is clean and navigable. Your products are amazing.... I am a cigar smoker and your filters really really help ditto for allergies. What I did not like is that I didn't find a search option on the website...so although I knew what I wanted I had to go to the drag down menue click there and then find the artilce I wanted and click there.... it would have been eaiser to just put the name of the product in the search bar. Maybe I just didn't see it but I looked for the magnifying icon and nope didn't see it. .
