Item was shipped as described. Except that it was an slightly used item which had obviously been returned by by a previous user because the counter indicated prior use and one set of threads on the connections had obviously been cross-threaded during attempted assembly.

Had an issue with the first order, the product present a bad solder. The customer support took this file seriously and sent rapidly a new one that passed the QA tests. Missing PRM QA inspection prior to sent, but very good customer support. We reordered with confidence.

I am not good at computers. I found the old format easier. Also when I googled cam locks FRM filtration did not list. I had to go find the old shipping box to find the name of your company. Lucky I saved the box.

I received the item I ordered on time, but there were no manuals, technical specifications, installation instructions, or any other documentation included in the package. Fedex was suppose to call me before delivery as I wrote in the notes during the order. I needed to give them the gate code. Fedex did not get the info because they left it out in front the gate where it could have been stolen. I am also very surprised there is not a drain on the bottom of the filter housing.

I ordered a $3k pump and it broke after I ran diesel through it. When I contacted PRM they told me that I ordered the wrong pump and I would not be able to return it. I then had to order $800 rebuild kit and after waiting 4 months for it to be shipped I put the new parts in but pump still don't work.

It was a 2nd order with PRM. I can say 1st order was much netter and smoother. I ordered 12 items total, 3 of them were missing. It took a week to receive originally placed order, then another week to receive another 2 items, bc 1 item was missing again. So generally if you have a bout 3 weeks to put your order together, then go for it. Unfortunately, I dont have 3 weeks to get my order complete and I dont have so much time to send all this emails.
