I ordered a 3 pack of 4" PVC unions. When received we only received 2 pcs. When I called, they acknowledged that they shipped 2 and would shortly send me an email with information on the 1 missing piece missing. I did not receive an email, so I called again on the next business day. I still have no email or record of the missing piece to be on the way. The support team was more than courteous and always called me back, I just need to know that this is resolved, and product is on the way. I had to get this for my partner because they had trouble getting an order from here. I expect it to go well this time, but when things are not going as planned, such as with billing, then the communication from whoever is having an issue needs to be a lot clearer, and the required actions that the purchaser needs to take need to be clear, too.

The shipping rates are outrageous on your products. If it was overnight shipping I could understand. Boxes that weigh 10 pounds or less and it costs hundreds of dollars to ship them. If I could use my own shipping I could save at least $200 per package I get from your company. I am not likely to purchase again from this company. It seems to get more and more expensive each time I order.
