The shipping rates are outrageous on your products. If it was overnight shipping I could understand. Boxes that weigh 10 pounds or less and it costs hundreds of dollars to ship them. If I could use my own shipping I could save at least $200 per package I get from your company. I am not likely to purchase again from this company. It seems to get more and more expensive each time I order.

I am not good at computers. I found the old format easier. Also when I googled cam locks FRM filtration did not list. I had to go find the old shipping box to find the name of your company. Lucky I saved the box.
