The order was for a four piece teak patio set. The set is very nice, and in good shape. We are happy with the set and the price. Plow and Hearth (P&H), could not provide delivery information correctly. Partial delivery received on May 24, and was marked as product delivered. Since most of the order was missing I called customer service on May 28. The first time I was informed that my order was being delivered by one shipping company, and given an account number. When they couldn’t find my delivery, I called P & H back. The next customer service individual gave me another freight company name and told me to use the P & H order number. Which I did. The second freight company could not find the order under the address, email, order number, or phone number. The third time I called P & H, after a 45 min wait, I was told the second freight company name again and given an order number, and told the delivery date of May 29. I was told they would just show up. The driver when he arrived had tried calling the phone number provided by P & H, but P & H had provided P&H phone phone number, not mine. Therefore, the shipper could not contact me to tell me the delivery time. I arrived home, just as the driver was getting ready to leave.

I was happy with everything except the shipping fee of $60. $60! I almost changed my mind and probably won’t order from here again.

For the price I expected a higher quality product. Similar products of this nature sell for half what I paid so my expectation was higher. The final blow came when I saw the shipping fee of $60 for very light weight items. I won’t purchase from here again.

I ordered 7 pieces of the Claremont sectional couch. It wasn't until I hadn't received 1 of the armless pieces that I learned it had been discontinued, which wasn't evident when I placed my order. Sarah Province worked magic to find and send the piece. Upon assembly of 1 couch, the box for the left arm was mismarked & contained a Rt. The Rt arm for the other had not yet been delivered. Another call to customer service & I was fortunate enough to reach Sarah Province, who, again is working magic to resolve. Sarah's actions are the ONLY reason I didn't return the set. She is a true asset to your company & I have relayed my gratitude to her manager.
