Hello, I love my pfaltzcraft dishes, I think they are beautiful, but the shipping took forever. Lately I have ordered many things online and had them shipped to my new address and this order took the longest. I think it was 11 or 12 days and when I got the package, it was so be up and looked like it was not wrapped with Care at all. I was really disappointed because it was a big deal to order from your company my sister and my mother both had your dishes, my whole life and finally I was able to afford some and I did not expect them to be wrapped up in a pink bow, but I didn’t expect him to come in a box that was put together haphazardly It was just a disappointment, and one of my balls was broken

The plates are beautiful! Delighted with them. Had a set of pfaltzgraff plates for 24 years without any chips. Purchased set from well known higher end store and items started to chip within a month. Back to pfaltzgraff and so happy.

My last order had most of the items arrive safely but one service was badly damaged. I notified the company and provided pictures. Customer Service responded same day. They were efficient and polite. I received the replacement well wrapped in less than 2 weeks.

The boxes these fragile items were sent in were very flimsy. Therefore items came damaged. I called and was told to wait for all the orders to come in to respond as my first shipment came damaged. Everything else came without damage. I have, however, still not gotten the broken items resolved. I have been asked twice now for pictures of the boxes, items broken, and I sent them twice. I have not heard back as of today.

I won't ever buy from this company again. I will not recommend either. They sell products that are from Kohls. A Sonoma brand. I have had another of issues with that brand and stay away from it. The bowls I bought from the website, never even stated they were a Sonama brand. Plus, the bowls came from Kohls. They had Kohls price tags all over them. If I would have known they were another brand and a brand I dislike l olwould hav never had bought them.

I love that I found the pieces that I wanted. And even didn't know I wanted on the summer sale ease of ordering the great, but 2 days after I placed the order. I found out we were moving earlier than we were supposed to. And I emailed to try to get that get you to ship to my new home, and even though it hadn't shipped at all, which was confirmed in an email. It was refused. So now I have to pay to have it forward here, not happy about that part at all. That part seemed very poor customer service. I don't understand since it hadn't shipped yet.Why you couldn't change the address.

Unfortunately the pattern was slightly different than the originals of this pattern we bought in the 1990s. The new bowls are a different shape than the originals and the plates are also slightly different than the originals. Next time I’ll get replacements from eBay so they’ll match.

I have purchased Pfaltzgraff many years ago and have always loved the dishes and tableware. The durability of the products is one of the strongest attributes in addition to the beautiful patterns. I had one set for 15 years and had all the pieces. I gave them to someone in need so I could update my dinnerware and believe it or not they are still using them. I found the website very user friendly. It was easy to use and what was pictured was exactly what I received. The Pfaltzgraff name symbolizes beauty, strength and durability. I will definitely send friends and family to the website. It’s nice in this day and age to fine great products at a price that will fit anyone ‘s budget. Well done!

You accepted my order fo 12 dinner plates. You had only four left. You processed the order anyway, in spite of the obvious fact that dinner plates are the point of focal, day-to-day necessity point for a set of dishware. You should have automatically NOT shipped the order and contacted me with the opportunity to cancel, or choose another pattern. The way you proceeded smacks of greed (we'll sell him what we have) and lack of a common-sense automatic trigger to contact the customer BEFORE shipping.

I decided to replace my 30 year old casual dishes and looked to Pfaltzgraff again as I did 30 years ago. After several “trips” to the on-line store I settled on the patttern which would give me the most matching serving pieces as well as personal place settings. The order complete, I was notified by Shop that it would arrive in three separate shipments. The first was missing a large portion of what was reportedly shipped and delivered- the plates. I contacted customer service to let them know that I didn’t receive part of that order even though it was reported that I had. Customer service replied quickly, but still with a little confusion- not directly addressing my concern but assuring me that the entire order had been shipped. The second delivery came as indicated and then the third delivery came the next day containing the plates from what was supposed to have been the first delivery. After unpacking everything- I discovered two damaged items. I sent photos of the items along with another inquiry to customer service. As of this writing (only about 12 hours later though), I have not heard from customer service to hear how the damaged goods will be taken care of. But the dishes are lovely and I am eager to put them to use.

Dishes are not the same as previous sets. The pattern is much lighter on the replacement ones I just received. But I like the beachy dishes and much better than tans ones that I ordered and returned a few years ago
