I was very excited to order the outdoor version of Pfaltzgraff’s iconic Heritage pattern dinnerware. My aunt had this pattern, and I associate it with good times together. Food always looks beautifully presented on it, and the quality is exceptional as one expects from Pfaltzgraff. There was a shipping issue, but the customer support is truly excellent resulting in a totally positive experience. I will love this dinnerware set for many years to come.

I bought my dishes from Pfaltzgraff at least 35 years ago. Some of the dishes have finally chipped so I started looking at Pfaltzgraff to find something similar to replace my chipped dishes. I was so surprised when I saw that they actually still carried the pattern after all these years. So I put in an order online and it is like I have everything from when I originally purchased my Pfaltzgraff set.

I have loved my April pattern since the late 90s. I was devastated when I bought some replacement pieces from replacements LTD and found out that they are used and not in excellent condition. The finish on the dishes shows silverware marks, and that was why I was replacing the ones I had. Needless to say, I was not satisfied, and I found out you were still carrying April online. I was able to order salad plates, bowls, and dinner plates. I am so happy with the quality and the condition of these dishes are brand new. The only thing I will say is that the soup/salad bowl is a little bit small. Small smaller than the originals, but I can deal with that.

It was over a week before any communication on shipping. I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on. Of course, as soon as I did, I received an email with a shipping notification. This long period of time between acknowledgment of order and the shipping is unusual. However, customer service did respond very quickly once I contacted them via email.

Tracking numbers from multiple items were admittedly confused when I was finally able to talk to someone. The tracking information said items was delivered when it wasn't. I had to ask AI to find a phone number to call because it wasn't listed anywhere i could fine. You obviously don't want to make it simple to resolve an issue. Love the product though.

I need a phone # for customer service, so I can return a few items. I really do miss the original Pfaltzgraff magazine. It was filled with short stories of how some pieces were made and fired or glazed, it had recipes in it, and short articles about the employees and their histories. Information about when a specific piece was going to be retired and the history on how it was made. The purchase magazine offered so much more of a variety of different products, clearance items and such.
