We wanted to order some new dishes due to the age and condition of our kitchen set. I have ordered Pfaltzgraff items in the past and was very pleased with the selection and quality. I ordered an eight piece set of dinner wear that was on sale. The box came before I expected it, there were no chips, cracks or imperfections. The bowls are beautiful. It was touch and go for a moment when I unwrapped them. Two of the bowls are somewhat fused together without cardboard between them. I was able to separate them but was afraid they would break. All turned out ok.

I love and have used Pfaltzgraff dishes for nearly 30 years and have never broken a single piece, not even a chip. It is so durable and I literally have 3 different sets, all bought from department stores. I'm currently in search of the Dolly dishes that are out of stock and have even emailed Pfaltzgraff and asked them to please bring them back. I know that they will sell well, especially now that Dolly has transitioned to her final resting place. Thank you for a great quality product!

I received part of my order (the accessories to my dinnerware set) and the serving tray had a dark speck molded into it. They said they would send me a new one and I didn't have to send the one that had the flaw back. I thought wow what great customer service!!! Only to find out in the very next email that they canceled my dinnerware order! When I called the customer service lady said they were out of stock temporarily and that's why it was canceled. I said I would have waited for them to be in stock again. I then said the website says they are currently in stock for $129 and I'd like to order them and have them for the same sale price of $80 that I originally purchased them for and she said I would have to pay full price. But then she said they were out of stock. Then I was told if I would like a refund on the accessory pieces that I of course would no longer want because I could not have the matching dinnerware I would have to send them back. Not only do I not have a way to print out labels I no longer have the boxes that the accessories came in! It is not my fault that the company sold me a product that they no longer had to sell and only sent part of it. First she told me they were out of stock, then that I would have to order at full price to they weren't in stock again and I'd have to send the other pieces back first a full refund! This has been a disaster trying to order a set of dinnerware and accessories. I have wanted that set for a long time and I'm extremely disappointed!!!

I needed a change in our dinnerware and I looked around multiple places and found exactly what I wanted on the Pfaltzgraff website. I’m excited to use our new dinnerware sets, coffee cups. The covered bowl and butter dish I bought at Pfaltzgraff were a great deal. They are beautiful quality additions to my kitchen serving pieces and were well packaged. They arrived on time, in perfect condition and were exactly as described on the website. The prices were far more reasonable than I expected, beating out Amazon, Walmart, Kohls and Target. The products that I ordered were of good quality and were reasonably priced. I ordered the products, but they came in seperate shipments, several days apart. When the items arrived, bowls were shattered in each of the boxes due to poor packaging. I am currently awaiting a resolution to this problem.

The item I had been looking at was on sale and in the quantity I needed (I was able to select the number of plates - 6 - to match the rest of my service. It came packaged extremely well with I think no chance of being damaged. My other dinnerware is from Pfaltzgraff and my service for 10 is completely intact - not a chip on a single piece and never broken (even after being dropped). I expect these 6 little plates to last just as long and look just as good.

I could not find an outdoor utensil holder anywhere and ended up purchasing 3 small planters( yuck)which held the utensils.
