I followed the directions for a damaged shipment for customer service. I receive an almost immediate replay, indicating the broken items would be replace and send out ASAP. I was also advised what to do with the damaged merchandise, which made the transaction complete. This made the transaction easy/pezy. Thankyou

Some items were broken in transit. I sent pictures, 3 times, and eventually got the items replaced. There was a lag in communication but all is well. I am pleased with my dish set. They are as advertised.

I owned 12 place settings plus all the extra pieces created of the Yorktowne pattern when they originally came out. I loved them then and was happy to see that they were still available today. I was disappointed to see that some pieces were not available... extra-large soup toureen with lid and ladle that fit into place in the lid opening, I would buy it for serving chilli, shrimp creole, beef stew, etc. I owned the sugar and creamer, the napkin holder, etc. I would also buy an extra-large platter for holiday turkeys, hams. I had the canisters with wooden lids also. Please consider going back to producing pieces that were popular decades ago. Consumers are tossing all plastics, aluminum, and enameled items and returning to stoneware, glass, and ceramics. We are cooking from scratch, bypassing the toxic processed food isles. We are baking sourdough bread, choosing not to eat pesticide laden grains ultra-processed in a factory in record time. I remember the loaf pan̈ and baking dishes... 8X8 and 9X13 in the Yorktowne pattern also. I loved the deep blue goblets and glasses too. I haven't found any glassware that comes close to what you originally had. I remember the napkin holders for I divudual place setting too. I had fabric napkins and matching tablecloth in a plaid... like Burberry, but in the Yorktowne colors with a dash of light gray I believe. I hope you expand the Yorktowne line and go where your customers are headed. Many customers add crystals of Celtic Salt to their water at mealtime also. Pure Organic Celtic Salt has larger granules and it slightly moist, making it unusable in your salt shaker. Perhaps a small container like a sugar dish with lid? We have purchased from Pfaltzgraff numerous times including our entire dinner service and side dishes. We have also purchased the pasta bowls and corn on the cob dishes. They have always been accommodating and the items are packaged perfectly and with care. Quick delivery. Love the outstanding quality of each product.

I dissatisfied with the quality. The pattern literally has vanished off the plate. I had to order more luncheon plates as the 2 I had cracked right down the middle and not to mention the silverware gray/black markings don’t wash away. Pfaltzgraff used to make a stoneware cleaner that worked wonderfully. Miss the old Pfaltzgraff. I think at this point I will get rid of my tea rose set and find a new set of every day dishes.

I ordered from here serval times and always had good luck with my order. but the order was not packed good. the one bowl was on the bottom it got broken in several pieces. iI paid 4.99 for it I expect to get credit for it.

Great selection. Better prices...wish they would have free shipping for lower amounts occasionally. Like the Veteran discount, but I'd rather have free shipping for veterans.

The dishes I ordered are not the same deep blue color in the photo. In addition, they looked warped. I think they are supposed to look hand made, but they look like they melted in a dishwasher. I don't like them. It costs over $240 to ship them back UPS. I only paid $177 for them so its not worth it to return them. This is super disappointing because now I'm stuck with dishes that look warped.

I ordered the rustic leaves. And they are beautiful unfortunately a few pieces arrived broken which was not anyone’s fault but the carrier. One of the double handled super bowls was broken and customer support said it was on backorder till August.

I have thrown away 3 of the bowls I order because they were in pieces. I have attempted to fill out the form online and each time it tells me it is unsuccessful. I have emailed the information twice. I have received NO response. I will replace my dishes before I waste my time and money trying to order from Pfaltzgraff and add to my existing set.

I’ve had the Pfaltzgraff tea rose set since the early 90s and I was surprised to see it still (or again) available. Found a cute set of corn dishes which are so perfect. Wish there were more random accessory pieces like there used to be, but I’m happy to see I can replace some of my chipped dishes finally!

How is a little surprising if you wanted to see the diameter of the six and a half inch luncheon plate is actually about a half inch shorter than the three existing plates that I have in my collection that are probably at least 40+ years old.

Your original manufacturing is significantly better than the Chinese manufacturing that is now basically a food grade label on the center of the plate that wares off over time rather than the design in the plate that is more durable.

Everything went well except delivery. One of the boxes was smashed and open. It had a fragile sticker but was thrown upside down on the porch. Thankfully that box contained plastic product

I received my dishes on time, everything was packed with care and nothing was broken. I picked the Sylvia pattern I am very happy with my choice. I would really like to see salt and pepper shakers and a covered sugar bowl with a creamer. Next would be a all white corn holders. My mother had the Yorktown pattern for years and was very happy.

I was very impressed with the price. The quality was good. The only thing that was not gray was the painting colors did not match my original plates. The small one did but one of the large ones did not match. It had more of an orange color than brown. Kind of strange. But I didn’t want to deal with returning anything. I am glad to have been able to buy replacement pieces for a very good price.

The entire experience was easy and went as planned. I was pleasantly surprised when I was looking for the item that it was on sale. I had a concern when I received the package because it was damaged but since it had been packed very well nothing was damaged.Cudos to whoever packed it.

One bowl was broken in my order. I called customer service and a replacement is being sent. I’m hopeful that I will receive it. The dishes are beautiful but I was hoping they’d be a bit sturdier. Time will tell!

Delivered to wrong address… box opened half way. The butter dish box was crush… bird on dud sticking out. I have been trying for awhile to get winterberry water glasses… out of stock. Stop making items in winterberry.., example tea pot… coffee kraft

I have loved the quality and beauty of Pfaltzgraff tableware for years. This order was no exception. The bowls that I ordered are very uniquely shaped and I love the look of the speckling and the colors of them. The serving set is very high end looking and will make a great gift. The silverware I ordered was a great price and I love the convenience of being able to just by a few replacement pieces.

The pasta bowls that I bought are beautiful but the quality is not there. The second time I took them out of dish washer I found one bowl already was chipped. Other plates that I have from Pfaltzgraff last for over a decade without being chipped. I am very disappointed of the quality of this product.

My husband and I used to have this stoneware and we sold it all when we decided to move out of the city and to the mountains in Colorado. After 3 years in Colorado,I became homesick and I wanted to move back to Texas. So we did. We missed our kitchen ware and we realized just how hard it is to replace the pfaltzgraff. Then we landed on the website and shopped like two kids in a candy store. I absolutely love our new set. There are so many more pieces to buy. I will be back on this site very soon. They arrived quickly and in tact. We have already started to use our set it reminds me of the ones we had before. They seem a little smaller but we still love them.

Pfalzgraff filled the order in a timely fashion. UPS delivered to the wrong address, which in no way resembles my address. The package from Pfaltzgraff was one of 3 mis-delivered. Pfaltzgraff stated that since UPS claimed the package was delivered, they were not responsible for whether or not I actually received it. That was disconcerting.
