The website is not very well laid out for making purchases. I thought that my order was placed the previous time i was on the site only to find out that this time it did the same thing at the time of check out and made me re-do the purchase information three times. This type of thing has got to be costing you business.

I ordered a case of grease, was not expecting a back order of two weeks when I placed it. Every tube of grease on each end of the case was damaged to the point of some grease leaking out as the steel end of the tubes were crushed enough from dropping, they are still useable but just have to be managed so they don't leak all over. The packaging from PSC looked pretty good, their shipping box didn't seem crushed like the two end cartons were, so I would guess that could have happened in the backorder shipping to PSC.
