Web site doesn't show availability, to the point that it says the order shipped. Even though 1/3 of it didn't. Credit card was billed for the whole order though. Even though I didn't get 1/3 of it.

I ordered a case of grease, was not expecting a back order of two weeks when I placed it. Every tube of grease on each end of the case was damaged to the point of some grease leaking out as the steel end of the tubes were crushed enough from dropping, they are still useable but just have to be managed so they don't leak all over. The packaging from PSC looked pretty good, their shipping box didn't seem crushed like the two end cartons were, so I would guess that could have happened in the backorder shipping to PSC.

Great, part of my items came. Called the customer service and the lady provide the info that product was out of stock and will be shipped asap. Would have helped if it was known on the website the qt size 20-50E was out of stock and a estimated time of delivery but it came nonetheless in a few more days
