I received one of the items from my recent order 4000577785, the white wood angel ornament. Unfortunately, the name was wrong. My order was for the name EVERLY. What I received said Evelyn. I have photos to the order confirmation showing Everly and the actual ornament with the wrong name. I sent a message through the Personalized Planet website last night, but have not had a response. I have sent another email to the customerservice@personalizedplanet.com. I would like a replacement ornament if possible instead of a return.

This was by far one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made online. It’s so bad that I have to laugh about it. The quality of this piece is below the dollar tree. Yes, I’m gonna make sure I share this with all my friends, but before I do, I have to show them the item I bought. I’m sure they’ll be just as shocked as I am I would never want to put my business name on the low quality junk that was sold to me. If I own this business, I’d be so embarrassed. The door mat is NOT what was expected, very thin, won't last a season, certainly can't be outside in winter. Very disappointed. Customer service NEVER EVEN RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL.

I thought this would be a cute gift for my young friend. The design is super cute but when the product arrived, I thought it looked cheap . It was a nice low price so I guess I got what I paid for. I was disappointed

I really like the item I ordered. It was the memorial heart stone for my mom. I stone was smaller than the picture, but the engraving was beautiful. I would definitely order again from personalized planet.

My order took approximately 20 business days longer than when it was promised. I contacted customer service to change the shipping address and was told that could not be done, even though it wasn’t even close to being shipped. I do appreciate the prompt response I received from customer service even though my issue wasn’t resolved.

The advertisement was eye catching as they always are, and the price was right. I started to order 2 of the personalized garden stones, but glad I followed my instincts and just ordered one of them. Upon seeing this garden stones. I was so disappointed of how small it was. I was expecting a size big enough to lay on the grsss in my garden where it would be noticeable. This thing, if one walked pass it to quickly you might miss it. Since, it was personalized I decided to keep it for decoration, but wouldn’t be ordering any more of these stones. Too small.

The personalization option did not specify that I had to include the possessive 's after the name (Grandma vs Grandma's), so it was missing on my final product. It did not say anywhere that I was responsible for including it, and the picture variations all made it appear as if the only word I had to type in was the actual name. It's not correct and I'm very disappointed in the way it looks. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all. I'll be trying again to get this resolved.

I purchased a deal through Groupon and paid $15.99 for a personalized rag doll. (Original price $44) So ultimately I paid $0.00 through your site for the doll plus I only paid $1.99 for shipping so in total I paid $17.98 for one of these rag dolls and I’m so excited and super pleased with my purchase. My 16 month old granddaughter will absolutely love her doll! Thank you so very much, Personalized Planet!

I like personalized items. Cute item with what I wanted on it. The price was high, and shipping way too high. I appreciate the discount. I'd appreciate even more if some of the shipping was credited back, like half. It doesn't cost that much, I know!!

This item does not allow you to enter only 3 names. It forces you to put something in the 4th name field. I called Customer Svc twice & they reported it to their IT Dept. I also emailed Personalized Planet & they answered with something that didn't help at all.

I was very pleased with the item. The only thing that was not a good experience, was how the item was packaged. It was protected, but a complete mess of me, my table and the item. Please don’t package with small styrofoam balls- as my son said.‘it’s not good for the environment either.
