Everything was exactly as described on line. I like the fact that it could be personalized since it is a gift. Personalizing a gift shows a lot of thought went into the choice.

I wanted to get something special for my granddaughter for her birthday. The personalized pillowcase was just the thing. It made her so happy to see her name printed so elegantly. I will definitely be ordering from Planet again.

The personalization option did not specify that I had to include the possessive 's after the name (Grandma vs Grandma's), so it was missing on my final product. It did not say anywhere that I was responsible for including it, and the picture variations all made it appear as if the only word I had to type in was the actual name. It's not correct and I'm very disappointed in the way it looks. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all. I'll be trying again to get this resolved.

I purchased a deal through Groupon and paid $15.99 for a personalized rag doll. (Original price $44) So ultimately I paid $0.00 through your site for the doll plus I only paid $1.99 for shipping so in total I paid $17.98 for one of these rag dolls and I’m so excited and super pleased with my purchase. My 16 month old granddaughter will absolutely love her doll! Thank you so very much, Personalized Planet!

I like personalized items. Cute item with what I wanted on it. The price was high, and shipping way too high. I appreciate the discount. I'd appreciate even more if some of the shipping was credited back, like half. It doesn't cost that much, I know!!

This item does not allow you to enter only 3 names. It forces you to put something in the 4th name field. I called Customer Svc twice & they reported it to their IT Dept. I also emailed Personalized Planet & they answered with something that didn't help at all.

I was very pleased with the item. The only thing that was not a good experience, was how the item was packaged. It was protected, but a complete mess of me, my table and the item. Please don’t package with small styrofoam balls- as my son said.‘it’s not good for the environment either.

I purchased 2 personalized bandanas for my dog. They're so small, I don't know what dogs neck they would fit around. The bandanas are very small. I don't remember when they were expected so I can't comment on the timeline.

I ordered a beach towel. The item I received was in no way a towel. It is flat and thin, more like a very thin blanket, very cheap looking and feeling. I am very disappointed, as the item was not inexpensive.

I was a little disappointed that the bandana I purchased was the style that you need a collar to attach to - I should have read the description closer because I just wanted a regular personalized bandana - If I realized this bandana needed a collar, I probably wouldn't have purchased it. The personalization was nice and correct, though.

I have previously ordered a garden stone for myself that have my 10 grandchildren’s names that I love. A friend recently commented on how nice it was and I gave her info on where to purchase one for herself. When I saw the bird stone I knew I had to get it for my daughter in law she is going to love it. It’s beautiful!

Thw only thing I was unable to do was to include my great graddaughter's nickname on her memorial stone. Her name is Anastasia but we called her Ana for short. I was one letter short of choosing Anastasia (Ana) Alley.

I used a promo code to purchase a dog bandana (an email was sent to me with the promo code). Personalized Pet Bandanas $9 Shipped. Exclusively for our readers, these personalized dog bandanas drop from $19.95 to $8.99 when you apply code BDBANDANA during checkout at Personalized Planet. Plus, shipping is free. After checking out (I applied the promo code), I was still charged $8.95 for shipping. I was pretty upset and immediately reached out to the customer service through email explaining my situation. I wanted the “free shipping” or my order cancelled. Waited a day and never heard from the company. I wrote to them 3 times and NEVER heard back from customer service. I never received a follow-up email stating that my product was on the way or anything it just showed up 2 weeks later in the mail. Still with NO response from the company. DO NOT use this company! You will be disappointed. I’m glad that I got a survey so I could post my feelings towards them, since you know, they NEVER reached out to me. Apparently, my concerns don’t bother them. DON”T USE THEM!
