Interaction is negligible. Your wbesite is not interactive. I orderd on 9/1. you collected payment 9/2. I have yet to receive any information on shipping. Yesterday, 9/5, I was on the phone, #2 in the que, for 45 minutes and noone picked up. Your customer service appears to be nonexistent.

After a few weeks I had to follow up on the status of my order because I was not receiving any updates. I learned that POL purchases some stock from other vendors and since their vendor did not have my item readily available, I had to wait. The order finally arrived, and the part does not match up to the old one I need to replace. I sent photos of how the part is different, but I have not heard back from POL. I do not blame POL because based on the box label the part came in, it should have been the correct part. I suspect the vendor did not machine the part correctly. Bottom line, POL is not returning my messages. So would I buy again from POL, not likely. Would I recommend POL, well what do you think.

The website is fine and I was able to quickly and easily find what I was looking for and place the order. The obscure offerings POL provides for the aftermarket and conversion industry is pretty awesome. The sticker shock and the one negative, although a massive impact on the whole experience, was the shipping cost. $40 to ship a part that weighs less than a few pounds is astonishing. I can’t lay all the blame at POL’s stoop, but this additional cost is a deterrent to doing business in the future when the shipping adds an additional 40% to the cost. I didn’t see any shipping deals on the website, such as an order threshold that would incentivize placing a larger order to offset shipping.

I will recommend POL, but I would caution against returning an item if at all possible. The 20% restocking fee appears to be standard, but in my opinion, high. Also, shipping costs can be high due to the weight of most items. However, the products and support are great.

Concerned about receiving purchases from UPS. They have a system which requires signatures if you'r not home. It's problematic and if the delivery is missed, UPS then adds additional charges for redelivery. The experience at POL would be dramatically improved by specifying "no signature required" on your products.

Haven’t received my purchases. Taking too long to deliver my purchase to my California address. Very poor timely delivery. POL didn’t even follow up with me as a customer. Had to call customer service for an update.
