I ordered some grit paste from Penn State, which I’m very satisfied with that order, but it came with a circular. In the circular there were some jumbo jaws that I was interested in and Rite above it there was a truck. That made me believe that the Chuck and the jumbo jaws were compatible. They were not. I originally thought it was a mistake so I called Penn State and found out that I have ordered the wrong Chuck. I then found out they did not have the correct truck in order to exchange with the one that was incorrectly ordered. So they said I could return it, but they didn’t offer to pay for shipping. The box is very heavy and shipping wouldn’t be expensive. I feel mistake. I made was because their ad was poorly written and the Chuck and the jumbo jaws were placed so they appeared to be in the same ad so now I’m stuck if I return it I still don’t have the jaws and in addition I have to pay the heavy shipping. I’m very unsatisfied and don’t plan to use your company again. Unless you pay for the shipping, I’m forced to keep the product and see if I can find some way to make it work. I was hoping y’all could find some way to make it work with that didn’t happen.
