The cost of a lost/damage or anything dealing with part defect should not be placed on the customer. I have not seen that extra charge from other websites except here.

I agreed to pay for expedited processing, which implied delivery in 2-3 business days. Then, while completing the purchase, your website indicated standard shipping cost ~$10 and the product would arrive in 5-7 business days. The only way to get it in 2-3 business days was for me to spend another ~$35 on expedited shipping, which didn’t make sense for a $65 item. But it is deceptive to encourage customers to spend a few extra bucks for expedited processing when the standard shipping won’t deliver the item in the timeframe suggested by paying for expedited processing. Yes, I know the difference between what is implied by processing vs shipping / delivery estimates.
