When I started online shopping I ran into parts geek, they had one of the parts I needed displaying free shipping, I added it to my cart only to find out the day after that it indeed had a shipping fee of 10 dlls. I chatted with a csr to inquire but I only ended up with a confirmation that the part had a shipping fee, I needed an alternate option if possible or at least an explanation of why from one day to another the listing changed. I ended up purchasing that other part from a different vendor that offered a lower shipping fee ($7.99 at Autohausaz).
