I ordered the steering box pion arm seal for my 89 MB 560 SEC. I received the input shaft seal. Not sure if your error or mine. The seal was less than $4! But shipping was $17. Needless to say I did not return the wrong part. I ordered again and got a full set of seals for the sterering box with another $17 shipping. You guys are just 1st class making. I don’t mind shipping cost but I don’t like that it is a profit center for you!

This order was easy to complete, as always, and I felt confident in my purchase. I appreciate the brand images, detailed product information, and informative customer reviews. The reviews are especially helpful because customers often explain why a particular item worked—or didn’t work—for their specific project, which provides useful insight before purchasing. One improvement I would really like to see is more flexibility with the shopping cart. When building a cart with several items for a project, it would be helpful to select only certain items to purchase now while leaving the remaining items in the cart for a later purchase. Many projects are completed in stages, so this would make it much easier to plan future purchases without having to remove items and find them again. For example, I originally considered purchasing both door handles, but only the passenger-side handle is currently damaged. I was able to purchase just the part I actually need now and can address the other side later if necessary. Overall, the product information and customer feedback make it easy to shop confidently, and better staged-purchase functionality would make the experience even better.

I had an issue with my convertible top not completely closing on my 2005 BMW 645 CI. There are about three or four different sensors involved and even after watching YouTube videos and contacting the site I’m not sure if I purchased the correct part or not and since it’s an electronic part, if I don’t end up meeting it, I wanna make sure I can return it for a full refund and then purchased the part that I need which my mechanic will let me know
