Trying to stay positive
Site Experience FeedbackFeb 13, 2026
The website is great. Employees were Good at there job.
My bad experience started when I opened the Box. The end of the box wasn't in good shape. One of the locking hubs were missing. No instructions. Good thing insurance was there.
Another bad thing, is that the hub lock outs I ordered on the 2/12/2026. And one was missing. Couldn't reorder, that item was out of stock on 2/13/26.
So, can't use claim money from insurance. Not enough. I had to purchase another set of locking hubs for approx. $100 dollars more. I have approx. $300 in a second set of lock out. And close to $200 in the first set. Simple math, $500 out of my pocket with a $187. claim card that I have to use with Parts Geek. Over the past 4 years I may have used Parts Geek 4 to 6 time. It's almost like being trap with Parts Geek.
UPS! I don't really like using they. If you look at the shipping label. 2 UPS tags different unit numbers and phone number incorrect. The 0 at the end of phone number missing. UPS uses the number one (1) in the number. The 1 is for the United States. Using the 1 exceeds the amount of numbers that can be used.
And the other label has unit 1. I am in unit #38.
And, lets not for get about the TIME that UPS costed me. Phone time 1.5 hrs. delay my time on project. I was a very bad experience.
And I still don't have locking hubs yet !
I had a business used UPS. Until Packages started getting damaged. And they didn't stand behind the item. I did, to keep customers happy. The items were $300 dollar Subaru engines. I designed and manufactured Stump Jumper Mud Motors. Boat motors.
