I would never use partsgeek again. And advise others to do the same. I had a horrible experience. I needed a cv shaft. I PAID EXTRA for faster delivery, and the part was wrong. The first rep i talked to acknowledged the problem, admitted fault on behalf of partsgeek. But that rep nor the next one. The second rep denied any fault, and tried blaming me that i had the wrong car. Either way, neither rep took a responsible route and my issue was never resolved. Meanwhile, my car was still down , took apart. Leaving me with no vehicle, and no money to buy the part locally. I spent what i had to get the part from partsgeek, and i was now stranded, missing work. Missing the ability to make the money to buy the part locally. The experience was a nightmare. It left me very upset. It had me researching the owners of the company. And if it hadnt took as much time as it did already out of my life by this point, i probably would have reached out to the them directly. Which maybe i should have . but again , it has took too much of my time already for a problem that will never get resolved. So ill take my business, and advise others to do the same, and buy local from now on. Or Amazon, as they have an easy return policy with no hassle. But for the most part. I don't trust online parts stores anymore. Rockauto got me as well. They too will never see another dollar of mine again. And i also advise others not to use them as well
