website last week I thought was good - until I received something that was not even close to what I ordered. didn't have any label, etc but when I looked at my order status it said "delivered" there was a form for "received the wrong part" on the website so i filled it out. DID NOT SEE THE NEED TO WAIT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. the return instructions did not include a shipping label, but it said no refund until y'all receive the items so I just went ahead and paid the shipping, hopeful that that would be part of my refund. haven't heard anything back and tracking wasn't linking on y'all's site, although USPS tracking worked, so I finally was able to call again today and the guy on the phone said I "should have" called to ask for a pre-paid return label and that now I cannot be reimbursed for shipping. but that is not even the issue. my refund won't be processed until y'all receive the part--and I apparantly have to re-order the part, you won't just automatically send me THE RIGHT PART I ORDERED. so...needless to say I'm not very happy. still have a broken sideview mirror and now itll be another week. not happy at all.
