STOP USING FEDEX! PLEASE!? I had to spend 3 days chasing down my order and meeting the driver after I had to hunt down his personal cell phone number and make him meet me to get the part from him. It was delivered 3 days late and it would have taken longer had I not hunted down the driver! I paid extra for fast shipping for this and I wish I could be refunded for the shipping because it was a joke. PART WAS FINE, ONLY PLACE THAT HAD IT BESIDES THE DEALER! Would order again, but take major issue with having anything shipped with FedEx. They hide behind their tracking numbers, dont deliver, dont answer, and when you call them they say theyre opening a case and dont call you back and STILL wont deliver your stuff! I tried finding support on parts geek website but found it went in a circle, wanted to open a ticket and most importantly didnt offer the option for shipping problems. It was only geared towards issues with the parts themselves, not with the general order or shipping. Was hard to see where I could have contacted anybody easily from parts geek about this. But if a different shipper was used, there probably wouldn't have been a problem!
