I ordered wheel spacers for my vehicle. The part was listed incorrectly, it was advertised as 5×100 to 5x100 but was actually 5x100 to 5x112, because I installed one of them before realizing it was wrong, I was stuck with them due to policy. I understand inspecting the part but we're talking a few mm off so I didn't take out the calipers to ensure proper lug fit. I was willing to take the loss and order the correct part but no one understood that the lug pattern could vary from the hub to the spacer, and considering i ordered one i was just looking for reassurance that a replacement would be the correct specs. Unfortunately after having to track down my vin number for a simple question about just the part I gave up on wasting anymore of my afternoon talking in circles. Horrible experience, I have dealt with many csr's and I don't feel like they are fully to blame, maybe better training and quality control. As a member of the parts community, I will no longer recommend partsgeek.com as a viable option.
