I have made 2 purchases in the last month. Headlights and quick shocks. Honestly, i installed the headlights that were damaged with one connector snapped off. Package looked good but it was defective. I installed and found a way around the broken connector. Returns were something i just could not stomach. It's not Amazon. Does not seem easy for the customer at all. The quickshocks, are being installed tomorrow and i pray the parts are not defective. And i mostly pray that your guide to the correct set of quickshocks were accurate. I will know more tomorrow. So, will i buy from partsgeek, probably. Is it easy to return, no. Do i buy with confidence. No. Just a wing and a prayer. Will i tell others to buy from partsgeek.com, only with the knowledge that they have to trust and if the part is defective, lord help them. As i said, you are not Amazon, who make this process flawless. My suggestions, mimick Amazon. Let me just print a 2d barcode or have it on my phone and walk it in to the UPS store next to my neighborhood. That is customer friendly. You are not. And to make people pay a fee to "insure" a part shipped is minor league bull crap. Do better. That is the truth and one man's opinion. Good day.
