The product descriptions, notes, and package details did not clearly state that the parts were for all-wheel-drive vehicles. That information was only found buried in a disclaimer further down the page. As a first-time customer, I should not have to search through fine print to find critical compatibility details.
This information should have been clearly and prominently included in the main product description and notes. Because it wasn’t, the listing was misleading and resulted in me purchasing parts that do not meet my needs.
To make matters worse, I was denied a return based on the claim that I should have scrolled further to find that disclaimer. That is not acceptable—accurate and essential product information should be upfront and transparent.
While I was impressed with how quickly my order arrived, that positive experience is outweighed by the lack of clear product information and poor customer service regarding returns.
As a result, I will not be purchasing from your company again, and I cannot recommend your services to others.
