Although my order arrived on time, the website description was inaccurate so the part did not fit my vehicle, even the representative I spoke with on the phone that I have a recorded conversation with said that the website was inaccurate and that part would not fit my vehicle, and when I was sent the return instructions, I was not sent a prepaid label. It's not my fault the website was inaccurate and that partsgeek doesn't even carry that part for my vehicle. Therefore you should be supplying a return postage paid label. Even the representative verified as well that the company did not even carry the part for my vehicle! Lastly, nobody in the United States of America prefers to deal with customer support that is overseas! You cannot understand them, they cannot understand you, and there are plenty of people and veterans in America that need jobs. Quit outsourcing just to save a buck.
