Post-Delivery FeedbackMay 9, 2026
The radiator product arrived damaged in a damaged box. I had told them to make sure that they packaged it in dual boxes, one being the sealed manufacturers box and then a second wrapped around it to protect it during shipping. The product was repackaged prior to shipping. I believe it was previously returned. It was dented and the drain valve was broken an many of the fins were bent. It is difficult to contact anyone online as the system didn't recognize that the product had been delivered. I was told it would update and I would be able to start a ticket to get a return label. This never happened. I called customer service and was told the return would be handled by a different company. She told me I needed to purchase and pay for another radiator. When I was contacted by the return company, Extend, I was told they would process a Visa card that could only be used at the same retailer, PartsGeek. I would never have been able to use it there. The customer service rep didn't explain this as I could have used it for the replacement radiator. I called Extend's customer service they were able to transfer that Visa card to a Tremendous card that could be used anywhere or transferred directly into my bank account. I was skeptical of giving my bank info to anyone considering the 3 different companies I am now dealing with. When I got the card I found that I needed to use it for the exact amount and not to go over the limit of the dollar amount it is issued for. None of these steps were described prior to purchasing the product. These are the reasons for my dismal ratings for this company and the process of the purchase.
