It's too early for me to rate the full aspect of the return process because it has not been completed yet. The product is still on its way back to PartsGeek. If my money is fully returned, then I will be satisfied to about level 7 or 8, due to the fact I had to pay for the shipping back to PartsGeek, which was $60.
However, the process of ordering the part was easy and it was delivered to FEDEX the same day I ordered it and it was delivered within 2-days. However, the box the fan was in had several gouges in it and one was a 6" X 6" V-shaped gouge. The radiator cooling fan didn't appear to be damaged but the fan motor was inoperable. The return process was easy and straightforward, except for paying the shipping cost. When I tried to contact customer service to confirm the product testing and shipment process, I could never get them on the phone after waiting in the queue for about 20 minutes. I wanted to find out if the fan was actually tested at some point prior to shipping to me.
