well, Geeks, as a customer I never would have thought I would be talking to a rude representative in customer service as I did experience when I was trying to return a fuel pump because it was defective, simply put a malfunctioning bad fuel pump was sold to me for my vehicle. I am totally upset about your return policy. About returning item in the same box. Who saves boxes? Mechanics don't save boxes. They throw them away as did my Mechanic. So, when I found out I couldn't return this defective bad fuel pump that I paid a warranty on, in case this fuel pump had problems with I would be able to get a replacement for this fuel pump. I paid a warranty for a replacement fuel pump. Well, guess what? Geek will not refund me my money back with my warranty because of a box the fuel pump came in, I do not have anymore, but I still have the bad fuel pump though. As for the box, my Mechanic threw it away. He was not aware of not to throw the box away and neither was I. Now Geek's has forced on me a fuel pump that is defective, bad, non-working, to lose my hard-earned money with a warranty, lose my money that I paid the Mechanic to put on this defective, bad, nonworking fuel pump on my vehicle, will not take back because of a box. Because of this policy I feel like I have been scammed/ taken/lied to by a company who sales auto parts by Geek Auto. I never read their policy until I found out about the box until I called to return this fuel pump to report a bad fuel pump, talking to a rude customer service representative who was not helping me settle my issue but did set it up to return and hung up on me when I had more questions about the box. I am so disappointed in Geek's policy about a box causing you to lose your money, your ordering a product from Geek which was a malfunctioning vehicle part, loss of labor cost. Their policy needs to change that box with item return, it sucks. I am in hopes to speak to someone who will help me solve the return problems I am experiencing at this time. I don't want this fuel pump and I am sending them back their item that belongs to them the best way that I can by sending it back in another box. Everything Geek has took from me left me with disgust and distrust. I now know not to throw away a box. If in the future, I may need to order from them in the future, I pray that I speak to a customer service representative who is kinder and not rude and helpful. Thank you for your time,
