IF A RATING LOWER THAN 1 WAS AVAILABLE IT WOULD BE USED. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAME IN ALL ASPECTS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAREHOUSE, AND DELIVERY ARE ALL THIRD PARTY. A "KIT" WAS ORDER AND ONLY HALF OF THE "KIT" WAS DELIVERED. AFTER CONTACTING THE COMPANY VIA "ONLINE CHAT" AND PHONE, IT WAS VERY EVIDENT THAT THE PROCESS TO GET THE RAIMNIG PARTS WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE PROCESS INCLUDED BLAMING THE CUSTOMER FOR THE WAREHOUSE MISTAKES AND THAT THE CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH AN EXSRTENSIVE PROCESS TO SHOW THAT THE WAREHOUSE DID NOT FULLFILL THE ORDRE. NO PACKING SLIPS WERE INCLUDED WITH SHIPPMENT PHOTOS WERE NECESSARY TO SHOW CONTENTS OF BOX ETC. THE WEB SITE WOULD ONLY ALLOW THREE PHOTOS TO BE UP LOADED EVERTHING ABOUT THE PROCESS TO GET RETURN AUTHORIZATION WAS SET UP TO DETER THE "CUSTOMER FROM FOLLOWING THROUGH TO GET A RETURN LABEL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE A LIST OF EXCUSES THAT ALL CENTERED AROUND HOW TO FIND BLAME THAT THE E CUSTOMERS IS AT FAULT FOR THE PEOBLEM. THE WHOLE EXPERPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF A SCAM BY THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS FROM WHAT IS ADVERTISED ON THE WEB SITE ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND A SINGLE PERSON THAT WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR INCOMPENT STAFF, WAREHOUSE PERSONELL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CANNOT ESCALATE YOUR ISUES TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AS THESE ARE ALL THIRD-PARTY STAFFING THAT ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE WITH A SHRED OF RESPONSIBILTY OF PROVIDING SOLUTIONS OR RESPONSIBILTY THEY ARE ONLY ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH CAN BE READ FROM A MATRIX OF EXCUSES AND LIES. I AM 110 % SURE NO ONE WILL READ THIS OR RESPOND, AND THAT THIS REVIEW WILL NEVER FIND ITS WAY ON THO THEIR WEB SITE SO THAT OTHERS CAN READ AND SEE WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAME THIS COMPANY IS.
