The FIRST representative I spoke with in the chat was BEYOND confusing to chat with. He clearly misunderstood most of my questions and also suggested products that he would then say “oops sorry, that won’t fit your vehicle” but then would come back and say “yes, sorry it will fit”, he also claimed that my vehicle would not allow a specific part because it was for a manual transmission vehicle, but I could NOT find a single reference on the product page that claimed to be for a manual transmission vehicle, he would then correct himself AGAIN and say sorry he was mistaken. And he also mislabeled my engine size as a 3.4L V6, and the part calls for a 3.3L V6, he would then come back and correct himself AGAIN claiming that my vehicle was in fact a 3.3L V6, but by then, I just could NOT trust his judgment and he got me so confused I was exhausted by the end of the chat. However, the second time around this second Representative was MUCH MORE HELPFUL and was much easier to understand. I think that maybe the first Rep didn’t read English very well. I don’t know, it was just ridiculous 45 mins I’ve ever had on an online chat with product support team members.
