When contacting the chat-help the person could not resolve some basic questions: What is the true list of contents of the master kit? Why does the photo show parts that were not included in the item sent? When I wish to return the shipment--why must I pay the return when it was Parts Geek mistake? If I re-order the parts, will I get a complete package, or will it be missing the same parts? As in, can you please tell me if your company is posting a photo that is not representative of what you intend to send me? Why has the refund not been processed?
The initial chat rep was not helpful and somewhat rude in response. So if no one is willing to answer these questions, you tell me--why would anyone support your company when there is very strong competition in this market? In fact, if you review the chat conversation, your own rep told me to go buy my parts at Amazon. That's a big F*** You to me I think. You might not want to have representatives giving the customer that sort of response.
