I made a purchase; I came to the realization that the part would not be compatible therefor I attempted to cancel my order the same day. Due to the system, I was unable to cancel my order. My attempt to cancel the order was prior to the item being shipped. The system informed me that since I had a processing order, I could no longer cancel it, even though it had not been shipped yet I had to pay for shipping for the part to then come to my house Then to immediately pay shipping again to return it back. I am very displeased with the customer service as I attempted to email, complete an online portal request, and also tried calling multiple times where I was prompted to leave a callback number, which I did and my call was never returned. I also sat on the phone for 90 minutes and was eventually hung up on by the system as my call would not be completed. This was all done prior to the item being shipped. I ended up spending $27 and shipping cost for a less than $40 part. This all could’ve been avoided and the wasting of my money if the customer Service or online portal would have provided better care.
I do not intend to recommend parts geek, or to purchase items from this manufacturer again
