I recieved the part on time but it did not fit my vehicle. not even close . when begining the return process it proved very difficult . the only way to get an authorization code number was to state that I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. which was not true . there was only one choice for a fan shroud for a 96 jeep cherokee , seemed to make sense. Then could not get the secret return credit number unless I checked the box that said I was the one who made the mistake.I have ordered several parts from you and never had problem before. Once recieving the return credit number and instructions I followed them and went to the US post office and learned the shipping would cost 99.50. After doing some shopping around finally finding a place to ship it for 75.00. Now , my credit card has been charged 140.00 for a part that wont fit , I've paid for 75.00 for return shipping . Trough this process I have not been able to even find a phone # to contact a representative from "parts geek". Even of my card is credited the original cost of the part, I'm out the correct part , several hours of my time, and the differance in shipping cost 65.00. So yeah , I am whats known as an unhappy customer waiting on your response. 509-539-5411.
