The online catalog said the parts kit would fit the car with the car year, model, and info provided. Some parts fit & others did not. Contacted them after being on hold for hours to see about exchanging items that were wrong. No exchange policy. Asked about returning items. Since some parts were fitted, they would not accept them returned. Even though all this was due to an error in their catalog. They even told us it was our fault!
After several weeks, they they finally said they'd accept a return, however:
1. They're charging us a restocking fee and no dollar amount was given.
2. We pay for shipping the parts back. These parts weigh almost 100 lbs.
3. They said it was a "partial return" and there were no instructions as to what to return.
4. Never told us how much money would be refunded.
Since they consider the case is "closed," they will not accept any phone calls or emails from us to clarify what to return, etc.
This is the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. The individuals with whom we did speak barely spoke English. We are out several hundred dollars and have useless parts.
