This is my second time ordering the parts that I ordered today because when I did the original order, I had to cancel it and re-order because one of the parts I ordered I no longer needed. When I went to re-order your website or employees marked it as possible fraud.. so I then had to send over a picture of my drivers license to prove who I am. Which doesn’t really make sense because I canceled the first order and then try to order something for less money.. it also wouldn’t have been a big deal. Had I been able to just scratch off all important information and just send you my drivers license with the address and my name on it. But when I did, your employee messaged me and told me that I had to have showing my expiration date my issue date and that because my address on my drivers license did not match my billing address I’ve been had to send over a copy of one of my utility bills. I do respect the fact that your company is trying to prevent fraud.. however it is not your business for me to have to send over a copy of my bills and prove who I am and why I’m having something sent to a certain place. I explained in an email that I am a renter who does not have a mailbox so my shipping address is different than my physical address which is the same thing for my drivers license so I went ahead and canceled the order altogether. I waited a week and I am now re-ordering hopefully there is no further issues.
