Excellent, straight forward, simple to use and easy to understand site, and as long as my parts are correct and get here when they are scheduled to arrive, Partsgeek will get ALL of my automotive parts business. I own a classic and two antique vehicles and one of them always needs something and I am very happy to have found your site. I originally ordered these brakes from Amazon and when the package arrived, it contained some old worn out random brake pads, one front and one rear rotor. I immediately contacted them and was told they would have to investigate the matter and it could be up to 30 days before they issued a refund. Luckily, my financial institution actually went to bat for me, because they understand what "customer service" means, and has refunded the amount from the Amazon purchase back into my account. Customer service means everything to me when deciding what company I am going to spend my hard earned money with, and while Amazon will never see another dime from me, my bank and Partsgeek have earned my respect and my continued business. Even though I haven't needed your customer service, the fact that you have this survey shows, to me, that you do care about your customers. Thank you for that and keep up the good work.
