I purchased an accessory belt kit - contained serpentine belt, idler pulleys and belt tensioner. I installed the belt tensioner and idler pulleys, but when I went to install the belt, it was too short. Looked at the online catalog and the manufacturer's part number for the belt in the product image (matched what was in the kit) did not match the manufacturer's part number in the image of the belt if I was just purchasing the belt separately. I was told because I had installed the parts, that I could not return them. I offered to purchase a second kit if they would include the correct belt so I could return the first kit with all new parts, but the customer service rep said they did not do part exchanges. Customer service representative said he would escalate the issue to the whare house team and I would receive an email within 24 hours - no email. I ended up going to a local parts store and purchasing a new belt that was the proper size so I could get my car back on the road.
