I ordered a break kit from Parts Geek, I entered my make,model,year 100% correct… About a week went by, before I received the items. When it finally got down to using the items, I was sent the correct rotors, but the incorrect pads due to somebody who works here. It made the brake replacement job a lot more difficult and a lot more expensive as I was forced to go to Auto Zone to grab the pads that would actually work for my vehicle. I had to send you guys the break pads back which costed me 25$ and the return is going to take almost 3 weeks to come back into my account which kind of makes things a little less worth it. I really wish that parts geek would provide a return label especially since we are in 2025 now and things are so expensive, it would be the least that they could do for their mistake. Other than that… Which was an extreme inconvenience. The customer service was great at letting me know what to do next, so I did appreciate that aspect.
