I like the information that was on the website about the product that I was buying. I paid to have an expedited in 2 to 3 days. Expected it to be here by the 3rd day when it wasn't.I went on to the tracking information.It said it would be your 2 days later I was fine with that.
But come 2 days later.
It was shipped somewhere Totally different out-of-state.Contacted customer support.
Talk to a Caesar he was a manager expecting him to tell me that he would give me my few dollars back for the shipping. Did not even have the courtesy to do that Telling me there was nothing they could do I would just have to wait. My question is how many people do they do this to I know it was only a few dollars , but how many people do they do it to. In the end it all adds up in there pocket. It was something that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days wound up taken eight days to get to me. The manager.
Caesar was saying how he would hate to lose a customer over the little bit of money for the part. But meanwhile, I lost a very valuable customer of 3 years that paid me good money because they
had a wait an extra 6 days when needing there car. They would only come to me because I would get The car fixed fast. But not this time they were just as disappointed as I was. So in the end I am the one that lost out by losing an important customer.
